Plot: The workers on the railroad haven’t been paid in months — that’s because Whitey and his gang, including fast-shooting, dangerous, but likeable Utica Kid, keep holding up the train for its payroll. Grant McLaine, a former railroad employee who was fired in disgrace, is recruited to take the payroll through under cover. A young boy and a shoebox figure into the plot when Whitey’s gang tries to hold up the train and Grant and the Kid meet again to settle an old score.

How do I empty my nasal passages?
Lately I have been noticing that when I go to bed at night I’ll lay down and whatever side I’m laying on, the nostril on the bottom will become stuffy and I can’t breathe out of it. I’ll then switch sides and within minutes it flips and the other side is stuffy. When I go to sleep like this I wake up with bad headaches. During the day I find it hard to smell things. I never use nasal sprays and tried to use a neti pot but my town doesn’t sell them so I had to settle for a water bottle that fit in my nose.
Is there anyway of getting the nasal passages to drain naturally by massage or laying in a certain position?
What would you suggest I do to remedy this problem?
Try an antihistamine.

Sterilized salt water in a puffer bottle squirted twice in each nostril before you go to bed works very well. Pharmacies sell a product like this.

What kind of schedule is your 1yr old on?
My son is almost 13months old. He wakes up around 7am and has breakfast with a sippy cup of whole milk. Then he watches Sesame Street (he loves it!) and plays with his toys in the living room floor. He has cheerios or fruit for a snack between breakfast and lunch.Morning naptime. Then lunchtime at 12. Another snack. More playing. Sometimes afternoon nap. We go for a late afternoon walk and then dinner at 5:30. Bath at 6 every other night and bedtime for him at 7pm. Does this sound good?
Just make sure when he plays that theirs a chance he can be learning something, play with him and show him different interesting ways his toys can me played with and always have a music time to dance, that’s fun for you both!

One year olds have schedules?!?! I thought that’s the only time of your life when you got to be free! Man, was I wrong.

Pretty much the exact schedule for my daughter. Its good if it works and he goes to sleep around the same time and wakes up around the same time, eats and naps around the same time.

my daughter goes to sleep at 10pm and wakes up around 9 am,she also has a cup of milk with some breakfast,usually eggs..and she watches pbs kids and dora the explorer(she loves her too much)..then she takes a nap around 11 or 12.and then when she wakes up i feed her late lunch.and that is pretty much it
